Welcome to BDOZZ2 Project. It is my first project. On the begining I try to plan every step and next I will start the main phase.

Haptic 2 – "emotional" phone from Samsung

The Samsung Company presented the new model Haptic 2 with touch screen. It will appear on sale in two variants depending on the built in memory. The index SCH-W550/SPH-W5500 and SCH-W55 will be sued to denote models with 4 and 16 GB memory accordingly. The peculiarity of the phone is the vibration function to imitate the sensor buttons feedback. It will allow simulating the physical button pressing. There are some variants of its setting.

The Samsung Haptic 2 allows the user creating his or her menu on the desktop. On Haptic 2 display necessary functions can be shown as icons on the screen. Compared to the first Haptic models, the number of icons increased from 15 to 50. the device possesses 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus, timer and flash, Bluetooth 2.0 and TV tuner.

Samsung has already announced Haptic prices. 4 GB version will cost about 606 dollars and 16 GB version – 691.

Nokia N98, is it better than iPhone?

It is evident that the iPhone success does not allow other mobile phone producers to live in peace. Nokia is among them.
Nokia N98, iPhone killers

According to Nokia France, in the nearest future the "iPhone killers" line will be enriched with one new model from the famous Finnish company - Nokia N98. Regardless of the loud Nokia announcements that iPhone cannot be the rival of the N series smartphones, the company is in the process of preparing a reasonable answer to the "apple" bestseller. As it can be clearly seen by its design N98 resembles very much with the iPhone, but according to many technical features new smartphone from Nokia is even better than its rival.

According to design and technical features Nokia N98 makes a great impression. We will hope that as the result of the war between smartphone producers the users are going to win having the best products with the bets price.

HTC Dream

Google corporation presented in New York the mobile phone HTC Dream created on the basis of the Android platform, which, as it is expected, will become an innovational break through in mobile devices production.

The HTC Dream communicator also known as G1 is equipped with sensor display with 480x320 resolution, siding QWERTY keypad, 3G and Wi-Fi nets support GPS module and 3 mega pixel camera. Together with the device the corpus of which is made in three colors (white, black and brown) there is a 1 Gb memory card.

The mobile platform Android will present to the novelty owners Google access with just one display touch. Other services of the Internet giant such as Google maps with Street View and Traffic View functions, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Talk and Youtube will be accessible to the HTC Dream users. Besides G1 will have the access to the mobile version of the online music shop Amazon and Android market attachments collection. All this positions the communicator first of all as the device for the mobile internet users.

T-Mobile Company became the exclusive operator of the G1 in the USA. It will sell the device together with the two year contract with the $179 for each one. Even today T-Mobile users can order G1 that will appear on sale on the territory of the USA beginning with October 22. In Great Britain G1 appearance is expected in November, in other European countries – in the beginning of the next year. Data transfer in the T-Mobile nets will cost the users $25-35 a month depending on the package.

Regardless of the all the device positive sides, the analytics are not very enthusiastic about its sales. Strategy Analytics Company considers that during the fourth quarter of this year about 400 thousand G1 phones will be sold, while new iPhone 3G during the three months period has 1,39 million sales.

In November this year HTC Dream will appear in Great Britain and next year will appear on other European markets.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1

At the Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona the Sony Ericsson Company announced about the desire to release spartphones on the basis of the Windows Mobile operational systems. The first device of this kind will appear on sale by the end of the year. The stand of the world's largest mobile phone developer includes besides the first Windows smartphone six more models among which there are two phones with sensor displays, new model of the Walkman series with 8Gb built in memory, dust protected camera phone. This article will be devoted to the first smartphone of the company based on Windows Mobile, XPERIA X1.

The new Sony Ericsson mobile line XPERIA will include models focused on the multimedia functions and offering wide possibilities for Internet communications. The first representative of the series, XPERIA X1 with its outstanding technical features proves that the company is flexible enough to work with the growing demands of the users for the mobile device functions. Sony Ericsson designers also were a success – the novelty has a nice appearance with the new “panel” interface XPERIA.
